[Sync] Setup smart sync with FTP server

AiCloud could also sync up your files with online FTP servers, and here are steps you might refer to.


1. Enable cloud disk and smart sync
Like sync up with web storage, you still need to enable cloud disk and smart access before you do FTP sync.



2. Add an FTP sync profile


3. Enter related information and apply.

  • Server IP: You can enter your server DNS address or IP address.
  • FTP server port: Default FTP service port is 21, if your server is not this, please modify.
  • Remote path: This means the remote FTP path that you want to sync. (Remember to add "/" before path name)
  • Account: FTP login account.
  • Password: FTP login password.
  • Folder: Local path on USB hard drive that you want to sync with FTP server.
FAQ: Currently we only support authentication users to use smart sync with FTP cut to security issue,  if you are an anomyous user, please contact the FTP service provider for help.
